Michael Moscarelli is an international programs professional with extensive experience managing institutional partnerships and U.S. Department of State–supported exchange initiatives across the Americas.

Michael is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Ecuador, where he gained firsthand experience working across cultures and supporting community-based initiatives. As a U.S. Department of State exchange alum, he brings a strong foundation in international partnership management, program oversight, and institutional accountability.

In his role, Michael provides strategic guidance and institutional oversight for the Guatemala Leadership & Language Exchange. He supports program implementation, partnership coordination, and adherence to established standards for program quality, safety, and accountability.
