Student Tuition

The total program tuition is $2,700 + airfare (estimated $400–$600 depending on departure city).

• Passport fees
• Personal spending money

Payment Schedule

• $1,000 deposit due at enrollment
• Final balance due by May 10, 2026

Enrollment is confirmed once the deposit is received.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies are detailed in the participation agreement and are based on the timing of cancellation and expenses already incurred. Documented emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Cancel 60+ days before departure: Full refund
• Cancel 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancel within 30 days of departure: Non-refundable
